Marlon Wilson has done a short giving some good options for combinations 2 and 5. He solves the problems a different way than I do, which I feel offers some added value. I tend to view shutting down decision trees as optimizing techniques, where he tends to be more movement oriented in his optimization, so folks can pick and choose a direction and still get a more optimized technique.
