This video includes combinations 3 and 5, mainly because I actually like combination 3 pretty much as is. I give some thoughts on some possible tweaks, but really, that one is good to go. I have a lot to say about combination 5 however, and drop some foreshadowing on combination 35. Sorry things are coming a little more slowly – Chris and I are busy folks!
