Last year, Michael Litton sent me two documents – his list of Kempo techniques and his linked file of auxiliary rank techniques. I will post the techniques, but I will also post the original files for download because they are so useful. The auxiliary techniques file is an internally linked excel worksheet with the techniques in tabs, but cross-referenced by rank in the first sheet. First Bob Fritz, now we’ll have the ‘Michael Litton’ section. Stand back – here come 50 Kempos, some grabs, clubs,  knives, and gun techniques. I apologize to you and to Michael for the delay. I’ll get them up in stages over the next several days.

Each year my family walks to raise money for MDA. I’m motivated to do this not necessarily out of some abstract goal to do ‘good’. I walk for my daughter, as someday she may not be able to.
