Just a question for those regular readers – is ‘wushu staff’ part of your regular curriculum ? I was training this one last weekend and was wondering if we all did it.

We had something similar that was given at a seminar. I think it was called the 32 movement staff form. We were only given half of it. I wish I had it although I certainly have enough “stuff” to practice, LOL! The one I am thinking of Prof.Dwire has so perhaps he can confirm if it is the same one.
We have a similar form in a “secondary curriculum” that’s based on traditional kung-fu forms, but not as part of the main Kempo curriculum.
