Six Kata – another view.

[ad#ad-1]
Six Kata is one of S. George Pesare’s contributions to the Shaolin Kempo system. The version in this video is one from one of the offshoots (probably a Villari offshoot). It’s interesting because it breaks the pattern established in Kata 1-5 of the cross block (right foot out at elbows) opening and moves to a more explosive accelerating / decelerating movement style. We have a couple of other videos available. Check them out to see the variety of ways this form can be done.
