Two Pinan

#2 Pinon – 

1) Start in front position 

2) Bow and step out with the right leg 

3) Roll your arms out until locked. 

4) Left leg pulls inward into a cat stance facing 90o to the left. 

5) Step forward with the left leg into a half-moon stance. 

6) Perform a #8 block. 

7) Half moon forward into a low half-moon stand, and thrust punch to the groin with the right hand. 

8) 180o into a right cat stance. 

9) Step forward with the right leg into a half-moon stance. 

10) Perform a #7 block. 

11) Half moon forward into a low half-moon stand, and thrust punch to the groin with the left hand. 

12) Left leg pulls inward into a cat stance facing 90o to the left. 

13) Step forward with the left leg into a half-moon stance. 

14) Perform a #8 block with a kiai. 

15) Half moon forward, and front two-knuckle strike with the right hand to the face followed by a reverse hammer to the groin with the right hand. 

16) Half moon forward, and front two-knuckle strike with the left hand to the face followed by a reverse hammer to the groin with the left hand. 

17) Half moon forward, and front two-knuckle strike with the right hand to the face followed by a reverse hammer to the groin with the right hand. 

18) Perform a 270o turn by 

a) Bringing the right hand against the body 

b) Bringing the left leg into a cat stance 

c) Pivoting on the right leg 270o to the left. 

19) Step forward with the left leg into a half-moon stance. 

20) Perform a #8 block. 

21) Half moon forward, and back two-knuckle strike with the right hand. 

22) 180o into a right cat stance. 

23) Step forward with the right leg into a half-moon stance. 

24) Perform a #7 block. 

25) Half moon forward, and back two-knuckle strike with the left hand. 

26) Left leg pulls inward into a cat stance facing 90o to the left. 

27) Step forward with the left leg into a half-moon stance. 

28) Perform a #8 block with a kiai. 

29) Half moon forward, and do a #5 block followed by a #6 block followed by a front two-knuckle strike with the right hand to the stomach and a back two-knuckle strike with the left hand to the face. 

30) Half moon forward, and do a #6 block followed by a #5 block followed by a front two-knuckle strike with the left hand to the stomach and a back two-knuckle strike with the right hand to the face. 

31) Half moon forward, and do a #5 block followed by a #6 block followed by a front two-knuckle strike with the right hand to the stomach and a back two-knuckle strike with the left hand to the face. 

32) Perform a 270o turn by 

a) Bringing the right hand against the body 

b) Bringing the left leg into a cat stance 

c) Pivoting on the right leg 270o to the left. 

33) Step forward with the left leg into a half-moon stance. 

34) Perform a #8 block. 

35) Half moon forward, and corkscrew punch with the right hand. 

36) 180o into a right cat stance. 

37) Step forward with the right leg into a half-moon stance. 

38) Perform a #7 block. 

39) Half moon forward, and corkscrew punch with the left hand. 

40) Left leg pulls into a cat stance. 

41) Pivot 90o to the left and then step out into a horse stance. 

42) Roll arms out until locked. 

43) Step into front position by moving the left leg in. 

44) Bow and you’re done!
