#5 Pinion –
1) Bow and step out with the right leg.
2) Roll the fists downward in the circular motion.
3) Pull the arms back into elbow position.
4) Push the arms out in thrust punches.
5) Pivot 90o to the left and pull the left leg into a cat stance while doing a #2 block.
6) Step forward with the left leg and do a right front two knuckle to the groin.
7) Left knife hand traveling down the right arm.
8) Right back two knuckle to the face
9) Pivot 180o to the right.
10) Pull back into a right cat stance while doing a #1 block
11) Step forward with the right leg and do a left front two knuckle to the groin.
12) Right knife hand traveling down the left arm.
13) Left back two knuckle to the face
14) Pivot 90o to the left and step out with the left leg into a half moon stance while performing a #2 block.
15) Front two knuckle punch with the right hand.
16) Half moon forward.
17) Pivot 90o to the left holding the left foot steady while bringing the right foot into it. Bring the hands back into elbow position.
18) Step forward with the left leg and perform a right over left downward x block.
19) Circle the hands inward towards your own body until they are rotated into simultaneous crossing knife hands to the attacker’s neck.
20) Hands back into a right cup and saucer.
21) Left rising sun punch to the attacker’s chin.
22) Half moon forward with a right front two knuckle punch.
23) Half moon backwards into a sideways facing horse stance with a right back fist to the rear while hitting your own chest with the left hand.
24) Left back fist to the head.
25) Open the left hand and grab the attacker’s head.
22) Right crescent kick to the attacker’s head.
23) Step down in the reverse sideways horse stance (still holding the attacker’s head in the left hand), and strike with a right roundhouse elbow to the head.
24) Left leg draws behind into a twist stance, while the hands circle counter-clockwise into a close fisted T.
25) Step forward once with the left and then once with the right and then jump to the right 45.
26) Land in a right over left twist stance with a downward right over left x block.
27) Pivot 90 to the right as you step out with the right leg into a half moon stance while performing a #1 block and a left front two knuckle punch.
28) Pivot 45 to the right into a sideways horse stance and perform another #1 block and a left front two knuckle strike.
29) Shift your head to the left and reach across your body with your right hand and grab the attacker’s groin.
30) Pull back while moving down the right arm with a left knife hand.
31) Hold the pose of showing off the jewels with the right hand next to your head while having the left and low by the knee. At this point, you should basically be in a dragon stretches its tail stance.
32) Left leg pulls into a cat stance.
33) Twist in a counter-clockwise direction 45o.
34) Step out with the right leg into a sideways facing horse stance.
35) Shift your head to the right and reach across your body with your left hand and grab the attacker’s groin.
36) Pull back while moving down the left arm with a right knife hand.
37) Hold the pose of showing off the jewels with the left hand next to your head while having the right and low by the knee. At this point, you should basically be in a dragon stretches its tail stance.
38) Step forward with the right leg and perform the ending salutation.
