Front position and bow. Right foot steps out into a horse stance + Overhead cross scissor block then pull hands down to elbow position and kiai (hands out on elbows).
Right foot steps backwards then left pulls up into a cat stance + Both hands swing down and around into an on guard position (right hand in an open handed #5 block and left hand in a driving knife position). Right foot half-moons forward into a right half-moon stance. Right ridge block. Left ridge block. Right spear hand poke to bladder. Left spear hand poke to throat. Left snapping front kick to stomach. Left foot lands forward into a left half-moon stance.
Left foot steps to the right turning body 180 degrees into a right half-moon stance. Right #1 block. Right foot swings counter clock-wise turning body 360 degrees into front position. Crouch down then jump up with a scissor kick (right front kick, left back kick). Left foot lands forward into a left half-moon stance with right hand at elbow position + Left #8 block + Kiai. Right foot steps to the right into a horse stance + Both hands cross across chest. Left foot draws up to a cat stance turning body 90 degrees to the left + Right hand pulls back to elbow position + Left #8 block. Right foot steps to the right into a horse stance + Both hands cross across chest. Left foot draws up to a cat stance turning body 90 degrees to the left + Right tiger’s claw pulled back to own ear + Left tiger’s claw. Right foot steps to the right into a horse stance + Both hands cross across chest. Left foot draws up to a cat stance turning body 90 degrees to the left + Right immortal man pulled back to own ear + Left palm heel positioned like an immortal man.
Left foot steps forward into a left half-moon stance + Left knife hand block. Right snapping front kick. Right snapping back kick. Right snapping side kick. Right foot lands forward into a side fighting horse stance. Left foot crosses over right into a twist stance + Both hands move into an on guard position turning attention 180 degrees to the left (right hand in a #5 block and left hand in a driving hammer position).
Left snapping side kick. Left lands in a twist stance. Right foot steps backwards into a side fighting horse stance with hand on guard (right hand in a #5 block and left hand in a driving hammer position).
Left foot steps to the left into a left half-moon stance + Left #5 block. Right leopard’s paw to armpit. Right foot steps forward and to the left then the left foot turns the body counter clock-wise 270 degrees into a horse stance + Right backward elbow to face + Left palm heel to groin. Crouch down + Left hand hooks back of attacker’s ankle. Stand back up as left hand continues counter clock-wise circle knocking attacker backwards to the ground. Crouch down + Right knife hand strike to groin.
Pivot 90 degrees to the right into a right bow stance + Right #7 block. Right foot steps to the right into a right forward bow stance + Left front punch to stomach + Kiai.
Right foot steps back into a horse stance. Overhead cross hammer block then pull hands down to elbow position and kiai (hands out on elbows). Right foot slides together with left back into front position. Bow.
