Four Kata
Front position, bow. Crossblock with fists high, step out right to horse stance. Left outward block (done more like back two knuckle) with simultaneous right #5 block as you orient to the left. Outward tiger claw left, close fist, bring left foot to right with feet together as you pull left hand to chest and do a right uppercut. Slide left foot back to horse stance as you do a left backfist, again oriented to an opponent to your left.
Right outward block (done more like back two knuckle) with simultaneous left #6 block as you orient to the right. Outward tiger claw right, close fist, bring right foot to left with feet together as you pull left right to chest and do a left uppercut. Slide right foot back to horse stance as you do a right backfist, again oriented to an opponent to your right.
Shift weight to your left foot, twisting in your stance so torso rotates clockwise 15 degrees. Bring left palm to guard position a few inches in front of your sternum, bring the right open hand up level with left about a foot further out. Right side kick, step down on the ’45’. Cup and saucer on the right hand side as you step forward on the 45 with your left finishing with a left open hand high block and a right inverted spear hand to the throat. Step forward right, with cup and saucer on the right, but immediately shift your stance to face 90 degrees to the left compared to when you started and do a left knifehand block and a right spear. Immediately shift back to facing front, and do a right knifehand bock and a left palm.
Cup and saucer right as you half moon forward, with a left outward block and a right front punch. Cup and saucer left as you half moon forward with your right foot with a right outward block and a left front punch.
Step 90 degrees left into a front ball stance, left foot forward. Perform an augmented ridgehand block that starts to the front and ends to your right. Reach forward with a two handed grab and right instep kick through. Step down and turn 180 degrees drawing into a cat stance, as you draw both hands down and back in a circular manner. Shift your left foot forward as you bring both fists forward into a dragon stance.
Drop your weight so you sink into a left front ball stance. Perform an augmented ridgehand block that starts to the front and ends to your right. Reach forward with a two handed grab and right instep kick through. Step down and turn 180 degrees drawing into a cat stance, as you draw both hands down and back in a circular manner. Shift your left foot forward as you bring both fists forward into a dragon stance.

Pivot 90 degrees to your left (facing rearward relative to your starting position) with a left high knifehand block and right inverted spearhand to the throat. Half moon forward with your right foot with a cup and saucer on your left, with a right high knifehand block and left inverted spearhand to the throat. Half moon forward with your left foot with a cup and saucer on your right, with a left high knifehand block and right inverted spearhand to the throat.
Step forward right, and pivot 180 degrees to a horse stance so you are facing the front. Closed fist crossblock and kiai, right foot meets left as you return to front position. Bow
