Front Position, bow, step out right to horse stance with knuckle roll (some schools use open hand). Left foot comes to right as hands circle out and up, finishing crossed (left over right) in front of the wrist at waist level.
Step back left to the rear corner of the room as the hands come to a right cup and saucer (left top, right bottom). Square your hips to the back corner as you do a simultaneous #2 block and a right reverse punch. Shift to the left foot, bring the right foot to the left and face front while the arms circle and cross, right over left.
Step back right to the rear corner of the room as the hands come to a left cup and saucer. Square hips to the back corner as you do a simultaneous #1 block and left reverse punch.
Left foot comes to right as you turn to the front right corner of the room, hands to hips. Step forward left, knee right, step back right, then hop to a crane stance on the left leg. Right hand blocks low, left high. Circular brushing block past your left side, then rising block (right) and spear to throat (left) as you step forward into a bow stance. Right palm block down as you half moon forward left, then three front punches (Left-right-left).
Shift back to full weight on the right foot, and hop while executing a 135 degree turn to your left into a crane stance on the left foot (facing the left wall). Circular brushing block past your left side, then rising block (right) and spear to throat (left) as you step forward into a bow stance. Right palm block down as you half moon forward left, then three front punches (Left-right-left).
Leave the left punch extended and open the hand to show a wrapping movement. Right crescent kick, following through to drop into a front ball stance facing the back of the room (left foot forward) with a simultaneous front punch to the floor.
Shift your weight back to the right leg, hop to a crane stance (on the left foot) facing the back wall. Circular brushing block past your left side, then rising block (right) and spear to throat (left) as you step forward into a bow stance. Right palm block down as you half moon forward left, then three front punches (Left-right-left).
Cup and saucer on the left side (right over left) as the left foot draws back next to the right. Weight shift as you step forward right with a ‘U’ punch, left high, right low. Cup and saucer on the right side (left over right) as the right foot draws back next to the left. Weight shift as you step forward left with a ‘U’ punch, right high, left low. Half moon forward with the fight foot with another ‘U’ punch, left high, right low.
Open hands to show a grab, shift weight forward and down. Rotate 180 degrees clockwise to a cat stance facing the front, shifting hands so right is high and left low.
Half moon back as you perform a circular brushing block past your left side, followed by a rising block (right) and spear to throat (left). Half moon forward as you brush block past your right shoulder circling to a left rising block and right spear to the throat. Half moon forward as you perform a brush block past your left shoulder circling to a rising block (right) and spear to the throat (left). Half moon forward as you brush block past your right shoulder circling to a left rising block and right spear to the throat.
Half moon back to a horse stance, knuckle roll as the feet come together (right to left) as the hands circle over to front position. Bow.
