11— (Loudoun Martial Arts) Slight downward palm block with the left hand as you pull into a cat stance with the left foot forward. Spring forward with a right trigger finger to the attackers right temple. Simultaneous right roundhouse elbow to their ribs and sweep of their right ankle with a left knife hand, taking them to the ground. Shuffle forward, keeping their right leg vertical and knee them in the groin with the right knee. Grabbing the attacker’s right ankle with your right hand, turn the ankle clockwise until they turn over onto their stomach. Step over their body so that you are straddling them and then pull hard on their right leg until you hear that satisfying snap. Drop the leg and then pivot off of your left leg, pulling your right leg onto the same side of their body. Thrust punch to their ribs followed by a right stomp kick to their ribs. 13 – (Dragon-Phoenix Martial Arts) Belt Technique: With belt wrapped around right fist and held firmly in left hand, half moon forward left foot, left hand high right fist low blocking with belt. Push attack arm down with left arm while striking to persons jaw with right back punch. Slide punch had around the neck coming from the front (under chin). We have 2 foot maneuvers from here: First one- As you wrap the belt around the neck turn counterclockwise with right foot drawing attacker to LT shoulder. Neck throw over left shoulder making sure right foot is now forwards. When attacker hits the ground, let go of belt with left hand and step back with right foot pulling belt back off the neck in the resemblence of starting a lawn Mower. Second foot maneuver; after choke, step behind attacker back with right foot and throw over right shoulder – repeat previous ending. 15 – (Loudoun Martial Arts) Step forward with the right leg into a twist stance while performing a #5 block. Redirect their punch to their groin while stepping out with your left leg and striking with a crane’s arm to the front of their neck. Step back with the right leg pulling them onto the table created by your left leg. Rake down their body with a tiger claw with the right arm. Rake back on their body with a tiger claw with the right arm. Right dropping elbow to the face. 16 – (Loudoun Martial Arts) Trapping block with a right palm to the elbow and a left palm to the wrist while performing a front ball kick with the right leg to the attacker’s groin. Step down back with the right leg while pulling the attacker’s wrist in front of your body and pivoting 90o to the right. Step over their arm with the left leg into a left cat stance. Bring the right leg forward and the left leg backwards to snap their arm. Step out with the right leg. Thrust punch with the right arm to their head. (CNG/Steiner) – Distinct variation.
Attacker strikes with right cross punch. You parry the punch to your right with left inward block as you step across with right foot to 10:30. Right hand outward parry follows left hand as left foot steps to 12. Left hand maintains contact with attacker’s right arm, dragging it downwards. Right hand hammer fist over the top to bridge of attacker’s nose.
17 – (Loudoun Martial Arts) Draw back into a left cat stance while performing an Iron Fortress block with the left hand closer to the attacker. Dart forward out of the stance and hit the attacker with simultaneous tigers to the face and groin (left on top). Left hand wraps the attacker’s right arm and grabs their tricep muscle. Right handed bear paw to pull the attacker’s head into your chest while stepping back with your left leg while pivoting 180o to the left taking them down to the ground. 18 – (Loudoun Martial Arts)Step back with the right leg and parry block downwards with the left. Shuffle forwards and backhand to the attacker’s temple. Grab the back of the attacker’s neck and step back with the left leg pulling the attacker to their knees. 19 – (Loudoun Martial Arts) Step back with the right leg to the right while doing an open handed #2 block. Right front ball kick to the mid-section and step down with the right. Left knife hand to the neck. Grab the back of their neck with the left hand and pull it down to your center. Right dropping elbow to the spine, and then grab their groin with the right hand. Push down on their head with your left hand while pulling them around with the right hand. As they roll through the summersault finish with a right knife hand to the neck. 20 – (Hai) Against straight punch: Step to 5 o’clock into left cat stance to create distance, push forward with left driving shuto to opponent’s bicep with simultaneous right driving shuto to opponent’s left collarbone, left arm wraps around opponent’s arm above elbow, right arm bar across throat as right leg hocks opponent onto their back, right thrust to jaw,
right spear poke to throat.
Against haymaker punch: Left foot steps into haymaker to prematurely stop the strike with a left driving shuto to opponent’s bicep with simultaneous right driving shuto to opponent’s left collarbone, left arm wraps around opponent’s arm above elbow, right arm bar across throat as right leg hocks opponent onto their back, right thrust to jaw, right spear poke to throat.
