Last year, Michael Litton sent me two documents – his list of Kempo techniques and his linked file of auxiliary rank techniques. I will post the techniques, but I will also post the original files for download because they are so useful. The auxiliary techniques file is an internally linked excel worksheet with the techniques in tabs, but cross-referenced by rank in the first sheet.
