Dragon Technique

I just recovered some footage from when a friend came up to visit a while ago, and thought i’d post a dragon technique. It’s kind of silly (the footage), and I just realized it’s a strong resemblance of the technique ‘Triple Kick with Parry’ from Kempo-Jutsu. Apologies in advance. It was after a long day and this was supposed to be ‘notes to take home’.

Invincible Wall video ‘At Speed’.

In the archive, we’ve had a ‘walk through’ version of Invincible Wall available for some time (courtesy of Ken Warner) but now I’ve found a full speed version on Youtube. It’s never been a favorite of mine, but here it is. You can see it here, and I’ve embedded it on the Invincible Wall page.

Do you drop your hands when you round kick?

Here’s an example of the Muay Thai point of view.
