Villari’s Pinan and Kata Playlist

The Villari Video channel has a forms playlist that includes the basic kata (pinans and kata) plus some black belt forms like Nenglis and Invincible Wall. Hopefully they will continue to expand the list – it’s nice to see ‘official’ channels put helpful content out there.

Shaolin Kenpo Documentary

Ralph Castro gives an in-depth view to the history of Shaolin Kenpo. This is not to be confused with the East coast Shaolin Kempo A student of Professor Chow, he was a prominent figure in the history of Kempo. Click on the link to watch it on Youtube, since they haven’t allowed embedding.
