Mark Golden uploaded this one, and it reminds me of Spear, Shield and Hammer by Professor Kimo Ferreira. He calls it ‘Snake and Crane’. There’s a thread to discuss it in the forum.
Forum plugin not quite right, but there is a link.
I had to shut the plugin off that made for the elegant forum link, as it was preventing most of the pages from loading. So, now it will take you two clicks to get there. Hopefully we will all survive this test. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Many new videos courtesy of Mark Golden
Long time kempoinfo.com supporter Mark Golden has done some more filming and uploaded a bunch of videos like this one to Youtube. The first one here is a version of a Nick Cerio Kenpo technique called Breaking the Will:
I’ve added about a dozen of his uploads to the forum and you can probably now get there since I fixed the plug-in that makes the link get you there. (Sorry – it was an upgrade burp.)
I’ll feature each video in a post so folks can comment here, but as these posts drop off the front page, the discussion can continue in the forum.
