This is my second year doing the MDA muscle walk, and I would just like to thank the folks who have supported me in the past, and ask again for your support. This weekend I’m headed to Dragon-Phoenix martial arts for some fun with Shihan Dwire and the gang, and to learn from a couple of great martial artists. Professor Rudy Duncan is a long time martial artist and kempo practitioner, and will be offering 90 minutes of technical insight based on his vast background in the arts. Dr. Steven Pearlman, author of The Book of Martial Power, will bring to life some of the martial principles he’s identified in his book. I like this kind of seminar because I know I’ll get something new that I can bring home and use.

I finally did a writeup for Shushi no kon sho. I thought someone had sent it in, but I couldn’t find it. So, here it is.
