Exploring the 21 foot rule

Matching funds until Friday 5 p.m. for MDA

275307_100000869009117_1847319160_nI’m still working to raise money for the MDA. Anything you can do will help, this week more than usual. All donations will be matched (up to $25000) if received by Friday 5 p.m. by Pride Mobility. Thanks!
I know you know that I am participating in the MDA Muscle Walk this year. My goal is to raise funds to help support the efforts that MDA is advancing through research and day-to-day health care services. I’m sure many of you have been waiting for just the right moment to donate – so here it is! This week, any donations I receive will be doubled by Pride Mobility. They are matching all donations raised, up to $25,000. Please consider joining me in the fight to create a world where muscle disease no longer exists. To make a contribution, please go to my Participant Page and click on the “donate” button.
Thank you for your support!

The other “Shaolin Kempo”; no, not that one.

Over in Europe, there is another Shaolin Kempo more related to Pentjak Silat. Here’s a 1969 demo of the art which shows some of the similarities and differences. I think we all should film ourselves with old 8mm cameras – it makes you look so fast.
