Circle of the Tiger
Here’s a performance of ‘Circle of the Tiger’. Although it is a form from Nick Cerio’s Kenpo, many offshoots including USSD and MSDC have incorporated it. Here’s one version; a performance at a tournament in Canada. Video after the jump.

John Bishop has posted a sixth video of Sijo Adriano Emperado on Youtube, so I’ve just added it to the earlier post on this subject at the bottom. One caution – this last one has some ‘not suitable for television’ language in it.
