There is a post up on Martialtalk that lists the forms and rank requirements for Nick Cerio’s Kenpo. I thought it would be useful information now that the organization is for all intents and purposes defunct.

I hear that the off shoot of Cerio Kenpo is in a bit of trouble as well. The Kensho Ryu group is starting to fall apart. Any news on that?
A few of the schools have gone off on their own but as far as I know GM Sheeley is still doing fine and the schools that stayed with him are still doing great. There was some differences of opinions, which seems to happen in all the groups. People change and some go with the change and others fight it.
