Leopard Technique

I really like this leopard technique because it has an interesting variation on an armbar that leads to a takedown. Note the initial parry to a leopard paw to the armpit aiming to hit the sensitive nerves under the armpit. This also tends to change the attacker’s weight distribution. Also note at the end using the right leg to prevent the downed opponent from simply ‘upkicking’ you as you come in for the finish strike.

  1. I have this kempo, slightly different, there is an armbreak at elbow, and, step forward with right leg, and execute left hammer to groin, as he bends over, left hand grabs right leg for take down.

Hate to be a “me too” but I have this one also.
