6 Kata:

Front position and bow. Right foot steps out into a horse stance + Hands roll down with #7 and #8 blocks done together.

Left foot steps forward turning the body 45 degrees to the right into a horse stance. Right ridge block + Left hand checks horizontally under right elbow. Both hands circle counter clock-wise until right is over left again. Pull both hands back to elbow position. Right tiger’s claw to face + Left tiger’s claw to groin. Left foot steps backwards turning the body 45 degrees to the left into a horse stance + Hands roll down with #7 and #8 blocks done together. Right foot steps forward turning the body 45 degrees to the left into a horse stance. Left ridge block + Right hand checks horizontally under left elbow. Both hands circle counter clock-wise until left is over right again. Pull both hands back to elbow position. Left tiger’s claw to face + Right tiger’s claw to groin. Right foot steps backwards turning the body 45 degrees to the right into a horse stance + Hands roll down with #7 and #8 blocks done together.

Right foot steps forward into a right half-moon stance. Stepping stool (Left low, Right high). Right foot lands forward into a right half-moon stance. Right foot steps to the left turning the body around 180 degrees into a left half-moon stance. Left downward palm block. Left open handed #6 block. Right snapping front kick. Right foot lands forward into a right half-moon stance.

Right foot steps to the left turning the body around 180 degrees into a left half-moon stance. Left #5 block. Right leopard’s paw to armpit. Right foot steps forward and to the left then the left foot turns the body counter clock-wise 270 degrees into a horse stance + Right backward elbow to face + Left palm heel to groin. Crouch down + Left hand hooks back of attacker’s ankle. Stand back up as left hand continues counter clock-wise circle knocking attacker backwards to the ground. Crouch down + Right knife hand strike to groin.

Both feet hop forward landing in a horse stance. Left foot steps back turning body 180 degrees to the left into a left half-moon stance. Low cross scissor block then pull left hand back to elbow position + Right hand goes palm to palm with left hand. Right sweeping crescent kick. Right foot lands crossed over left into a twist stance. Left sweeping spinning hook kick. Left foot lands forward into a left half-moon stance. Kneel down + Right downward front punch.

Left foot steps back into a horse stance + Both hands move into an on guard position turning attention 90 degrees to the left (right hand in a #5 block and left hand in a driving hammer position). Right foot steps forward into a side fighting horse stance + Left arm wraps over and around attacker’s arm securing at elbow position + Right roundhouse elbow to face. Right cross knife to back of neck. Right leg reap + Right ridge hand to face. Right foot returns to horse stance.

Turn attention 90 degrees to the left. Right cresent kick. Right foot crosses over left into a twist stance. Left foot steps to the left into a horse stance. Double parry blocks. Right snapping front kick to groin. Right foot lands forward into a right half-moon stance.

Pivot 90 degrees to the left into a left half-moon stance. Iron triangle block to the right side. Right snapping front kick to groin or stomach. Right foot lands forward into a right half-moon stance. Left hand checks down on attacker’s shoulder + Right downward elbow to spine. Left foot slides together with right into front position. Crouching down left hand slides between attacker’s legs + Right grabs shoulder. Stand up with attacker in arms. Right foot steps backwards as hands flip and drop attacker to the ground turning body 180 degrees to the right into a right half-moon stance. Left foot steps backwards turning body 180 degrees to the left into a left half-moon stance. Right downward front punch to face.

Left foot crosses over right into a twist stance + Overhead cross hammer block to the left. Right snapping side kick to stomach. Right foot lands in a horse stance. Turn attention to the left. Left reverse hammer to groin then rise up with an obscure elbow. Right closed punch to stomach.

Left foot turns body 180 degrees in a clock-wise direction into a horse stance. Right ridge block + Left hand checks horizontally under right elbow. Both hands circle counter clock-wise until right is over left again. Pull both hands back to elbow position. Right tiger’s claw to face + Left tiger’s claw to groin.

Left foot crosses over right into a twist stance + Overhead cross hammer block to the left. Right snapping side kick to stomach. Right foot lands in a horse stance. Turn attention to the left. Left reverse hammer to groin then rise up with an obscure elbow. Right closed punch to stomach.

Left foot steps backwards turning body 90 degrees to the left into a left half-moon stance.

Right #5 block then whip attacker’s arm down in a clockwise direction followed by a right raking tiger claw to face. Right roundhouse to face. Right foot lands over left into a twist stance. Right stomp kick to groin. Jump over attacker’s face and come down with both feet striking both side of head then land in a horse stance. Right downward front punch to face. Left downward front punch to face.

Left knife hand block then left hand grabs attacker’s wrist. Right foot steps to the left into a side fighting horse stance + Right driving knife to elbow. Right cross knife to throat. Right knife hand block then right hand grabs attacker’s wrist. Left foot steps forward turning body 180 degrees to the right into a side fighting horse stance + Left driving knife to elbow. Left cross knife to throat.

Right foot steps backwards turning body 180 degrees to the right into a horse stance +

Hands roll down with #7 and #8 blocks done together. Right foot slides together with left back into front position. Bow.
