I found a few youtube videos of six kata. One appears to be a ‘tournament video’ , one (that with a demonstrator that looks suspiciously like my first instructor Scott Packard) appears to be a training video, and the last someone in their studio. They all appear to be USSD.

It only seems that way. Right now I’m working on a ‘Self-Defense’ unit for my student teaching assignment. I’ve received some mail lately - thanks readers! - and based on that I’ve got a few requests:
