Begin facing 12:00 o’clock with hands at your sides. Step right foot behind your left and place right fist into left palm in front of you and bow. Go back to original stance with hands at your sides and bow from your waist. Immediately step your right foot straight back and pull into a left cat stance as your deliver a left chicken wrist, then a right chicken wrist, and then another left chicken wrist (Note: These strikes are rolling in reverse – you raise your left hand out in front of you at arm’s length and then you pull the strike in closer to your body as the right hand strikes. Then do the same with your right as you pull the left into your body to continue the circling movement with your hands.)

 

Pause briefly here and then step your right foot back and again pull into a left cat stance as you deliver a left rising/deflecting ridge hand block and then a right rising/deflecting ridge hand block (only two strikes this time). Pause with your hands on guard and then deliver a right side thrust kick toward 12 o’clock and then place your right foot down and chamber your left foot into a flamingo stance facing 6 o’clock with your left hand down palm open and down and your right hand in front of your forehead palm out and open. Place your left foot down toward 4:30 into a left half-moon stance as you deliver double parry blocks. Place hands on guard and deliver a right front ball kick to the solar plexus toward 4:30 and without putting your kicking foot down, pivot 360 degrees from right to left on your left foot to end in a left half moon stance facing 4:30. Draw into a left cat stance facing 4:30 and deliver a left parry block from right to left and step back into a left half-moon stance to deliver a left immortal man strike toward 4:30. Step your right foot toward 4:30 into a right half moon stance facing 2:30 and deliver a right thrust punch to the solar plexus toward 4:30. Lean your upper body over your left side toward 10:30 and deliver a right wing block (right fist on hip and elbow pointed outward blocking with the elbow). Pivot 135 degrees on your right foot from right to left and land in a horse stance facing 9 o’clock as you deliver a left rear elbow strike toward 3 o’clock. Chinese leg maneuver with your right foot from right to left to land in a horse stance facing 3 o’clock and deliver a right back two-knuckle punch to the groin area (straight out in front of you). Use your left arm to deliver a left outward forearm block (#2 in the 8-point) as you draw your right fist back to your right side. Pivot into a right ball stance and deliver a left back two-knuckle punch to the face.

 

Step your left foot back toward 2:30 (you are once again on the 45-degree angle) and lean your upper body over your left leg with your right hand down at your right side palm open and down and your left hand over your forehead palm open and facing outward. Chinese leg maneuver your right leg 180 degrees from right to left and circle your hands clockwise (left on the inside of your right) so that you land in a horse stance facing 7:30 with your left hand down at your left side palm open and down and your right hand over your forehead palm open and facing outward as you lean back over your right leg. Chinese leg maneuver your left leg 180 degrees from right to left and circle your hands counter-clockwise (right on the inside of the left) so that you land in a horse stance facing 2:30 with your right hand down at your right side palm open and down and your left hand over your forehead palm open and facing outward as you lean back over your left leg.

 

Step your left leg behind your right toward 4:30 as you deliver a left pressing palm block from left to right. Immediately step your right leg out toward 4:30 into a horse stance facing 2:30 and deliver a right palm heel strike to the ribs toward 4:30.

 

Chinese leg maneuver your left leg 180 degrees from left to right and circle your hands counter-clockwise (left inside of your right) so that you land in a horse stance facing 7:30 with your right hand down at your right side palm open and down and your left hand over your forehead palm open and facing outward as you lean back over your left leg. Chinese leg maneuver your right leg 180 degrees from left to right and circle your hands clockwise (right inside of left) so that you land in a horse stance facing 2:30 with your left hand down at your left side palm open and down and your right hand over your forehead palm open and facing outward as you lean back over your right leg. Chinese leg maneuver your left leg 180 degrees from left to right and circle your hands counter-clockwise (left inside of right) so that you land in a horse stance facing 7:30 with your right hand down at your right side palm open and down and your left hand over your forehead palm open and facing outward as you lean back over your left leg.

 

Deliver a left roundhouse kick toward 10:30 and put your left (kicking) foot down by your right (so that you are facing 2:30) and pivot another 180 degrees from left to right and circle your hands clockwise (right inside of left). Deliver a left pushing palm block followed immediately with a right backfist both toward 10:30 as you come out of your pivot to rest in a horse stance facing 7:30. Circle your hands counter-clockwise (left inside of right) as you pivot 90 degrees from right to left on your right foot so that you come to rest in a horse stance facing 4:30 while delivering a left pushing palm block and a left backfist both toward 2:30.

 

Pivot on your right foot again (more like stepping back) 45 degrees from right to left to end in a horse stance facing 3 o’clock as you trap a strike at your left hip (right hand over left). Immediately roll your hands over to your right hip so that your left hand is on top of the right. Deliver a left backhand strike to the face followed immediately with a left inverted palm heel strike to the groin. Circle your left hand clockwise as if going behind / under his arm and grab the back of his head (at about 1:30 position) and then deliver a right crescent kick to the head (having your foot slap against your hand). As you follow through on the crescent kick, place your right (kicking) foot down on the other side of your left and begin circling/pivoting from right to left 360 degrees as you circle your hands counter-clockwise (right inside of left). End in a horse stance facing 12 o’clock as you deliver a left knife hand block toward 9 o’clock (your head is turned to the left facing 9 o’clock as well and your right hand comes to your right side in a fist).

 

Deliver a left pressing palm block from left to right facing 12 o’clock, then a left trailing tiger’s mouth from right to left. At the end of the trailing tiger’s mouth, roll your wrist counter-clockwise and flamingo your left leg as you pivot your body from right to left to face 9 o’clock. As you flamingo, place the back of your left hand (still in tiger’s mouth formation) on your left knee. Step your left leg down toward 9 o’clock and deliver a right tiger claw strike toward 9 o’clock with your left hand in a claw formation in check at your right biceps. Circle your arms counter-clockwise (right inside of left) and flamingo your left leg so that you are in a cranes stance facing 10:30 with your right hand out in front of your right chambered knee palm open and down and your left hand in front of your forehead the palm open and facing 10:30. Set your hands up left over right open at your left hip and step your right foot down into a half-moon stance toward 10:30 as you deliver a right knife hand block simultaneously with a left spear hand poke to the throat. Half-moon forward with your right toward 10:30 and deliver a right front two-knuckle punch to the solar plexus toward 10:30.

 

Half-moon with your right foot into a horse stance facing 12 o’clock as you circle your hands into an overhead cross-arm block and bring them back down in front of you with both arms out with the forearms parallel to the ground and the left hand open palm up and the right hand in a fist palm up. Pull your right hand to your right hip with the palm up and in a fist and deliver a left back two-knuckle punch toward 12 o’clock with the left hand in check at your right biceps. Pull both hands to your right hip with the left hand open over your right hand in a fist. Deliver a right inverted thrust punch to the solar plexus toward 12 o’clock as your left hand comes to a fist at your left side (remember to pivot your upper body and shift slightly to your left to deliver this punch). Flamingo your right leg as you pull both hands again to your right side left hand open over your right hand in a fist while you are facing 12 o’clock. Step your right foot down just to the left of your left foot and begin your spin out from right to left 360 degrees so that you come to rest facing 12 o’clock with your right foot behind your left in a quasi twist stance and your right fist in the palm of your open left hand to bow. Step your right foot beside your right as you stand straight up and place your arms down with the palms at your sides and bow.
