Begin facing 12:00 o’clock with hands at your sides.  Step right foot behind your left and place right fist into left palm in front of you and bow.  Go back to original stance with hands at your sides and bow from your waist.  Immediately step your left foot straight back and pull into a right cat stance as your deliver a right tiger claw, then a left tiger claw, and then another right tiger claw (these strikes are rolling in reverse – you raise your left hand out in front of you at arm’s length and then snap the tiger claw down by flicking the wrist as you pull the strike in closer to your body.  Then do the same with your right as you pull the left downward to continue the circling movement with your hands.)

Pause briefly here and then step your left foot back and again pull into a right cat stance as you deliver a right tiger claw and then a left tiger claw (only two strikes this time).  Pause with your hands on guard and then deliver a left crescent kick toward 12 o’clock, place your left foot down and spin 180 degrees from left to right to deliver a right spinning hook kick to 12 o’clock.  Place your foot down following the kick so that you are facing 9 o’clock in a horse stance.

Drop to your right knee and use your hands on the ground for support to deliver a left sweeping (iron broom) from about 4:30 to 12 o’clock.  Pull your left sweeping foot in so that you are on your right knee with your left foot flat on the ground and immediately deliver a downward cross-hand srike/block (hands open and arms crossed at the wrist/forearms with the palms down and the right hand over the left.).  (Note:  This should all occur in one long motion from the sweep to the cross-arm block.)

Immediately rotate hands clockwise and deliver a double hand pushing block toward 2:30 as you stand up and cross your left foot behind your right into a twist stance moving toward 2:30. (Note:  The pushing block is delivered with the both palms open and facing 2:30 with the left on top fingers pointed up and the right under with the fingers pointed down.)  Deliver a left side thrust kick toward 2:30 and without putting the left foot down, pivot 180 degrees from left to right so that you land in a horse stance facing 7:30 and deliver a right overhead forearm block (#5 in the 8 pt. blocking).

Draw into a right cat stance facing 2:30 and deliver a right pushing palm block from right to left.  Step back toward 7:30 with your right foot and draw into a left cat stance facing 2:30 to deliver a left pushing palm block from left to right.  Chinese leg maneuver back with your left foot (moving right to left) so that you are in a horse stance facing 10 o’clock and  deliver a right forearm block from right to left  toward 2:30 (#3 block in 8 pt blocking).  Chinese leg back with your right foot (moving left to right) so that you are in a horse stance facing 4:30 and  deliver a left forearm block from left to right  toward 2:30 (#4 block in 8 pt blocking).  From this horse stance facing 4:30, immediately deliver a right front two-knuckle punch to the groin toward 2:30 while pulling your left fist to your right shoulder.  Follow immediately with a left reverse hammer to the groin toward 2:30, and then step your left foot  and drag your right toward 2:30 as you deliver a left thrust punch to the solar plexus toward 2:30 with your left hand in check under your right punching arm.  Step/drag toward 2:30 again leading with your left foot as you deliver a right palm heel strike to the chin and a left ridge hand strike to the ribs.  Step/drag toward 2:30 once again leading with the left foot as you deliver simultaneous tiger claw strikes – right hand to the face and left hand to the groin.  Grab your attacker and push his head down with your right hand and raise with your left hand as you roll/toss him to your right (toward 7:30) and then deliver a downward crescent kick toward your thrown attacker (about 7:30) with your left foot to initiate a pivot on your right leg from left to right to land in a horse stance facing 3 o’clock.  As you are pivoting, roll your hands by your sides low to high with the palms out and wrists in so that you deliver double tiger claw strikes using dynamic tension toward 3 o’clock (right hand high and left hand low).

Look your right and Chinese leg maneuver pivoting on right foot 180 degrees from left to right so that you are now in a horse stance facing 9 o’clock.  As you land in your horse stance, deliver double knife hand strikes in front of your left shoulder toward 9 o’clock.  Wrap your left arm over the “invisible” blocked strike so that your left palm is pressed against your chest and Chinese leg maneuver pivoting on your right foot from left to right so that you land in a horse stance facing 3 o’clock.  As you land, deliver a right cross-hand shuto strike out from your right side toward 6 o’clock.

Circle your hand in front of you counter-clockwise (left hand away from you and right hand close to you) with open hands as you step your left foot into a left cat stance facing 4:30.  As you come to rest in your cat stance, your right arm is up with your right hand at your right cheek (palm facing away) and the elbow bent and pointed upward at a 45 degree angle.   Your left hand is straight out in front of you toward 4:30 with the hand open and the palm down.  (Note:  When your left hand goes out it does so in the form of a cross-hand shuto; with a snap/strike.)    Step your left foot out into a left half-moon stance facing 4:30 and deliver a right shuto to the neck, a left cross-hand shuto to the neck, a right downward shuto to the collar bone, and a left cross-hand shuto to the neck toward 4:30.  Deliver these strikes quickly and draw your opposite hand back to its appropriate position during each strike.  End with your arms/hands in the same configuration you started; left hand out toward 4:30 with the palm down and the right hand at your right cheek palm facing away and elbow bent and pointing upward.

Keeping your left hand in its current out and palm down position, deliver a right shuto strike to the side of the neck simultaneously with a right low crescent kick to the knee.  The right shuto strike is done with the elbow bent and down and it stops with the elbow over the back of your left hand.  Use the momentum of the kick to pivot your body on your left foot from right to left so that you land in a side horse stance facing 10:30 with your right hand and head facing 2:30.  (Note:  Keep your left hand palm down and under your right elbow and your shuto strike configuration intact as you land in this stance/position.)

Grab toward 2:30 with your left hand and pull toward your left shoulder as you deliver a right leopard paw strike to the throat.  (Note:  Your left hand will be at your left shoulder with the elbow pointing upward and out toward 7:30.)  Immediately roll your right hand clockwise so that it’s behind your back as you Chinese leg maneuver with your left foot 180 degrees from right to left to end in a side horse stance facing 4:30.  As you come to this horse stance, deliver a left back fist strike to the face toward 4:30 and your right hand remains in a fist behind your right hip.  Immediately roll your left hand clockwise so that it’s behind your back as you Chinese leg maneuver with your left leg 180 degrees from left to right so that you are now in a horse stance facing 10:30.  Deliver double tiger claw strikes using dynamic tension toward 10:30.  Half-moon back with your right foot and deliver a left pressing palm block from left to low right (as if blocking and redirecting a low kick).  Half-moon back with your left foot and deliver a right pressing palm block from right to low left (as if blocking and redirecting a low kick).  Half-moon back with your right foot and deliver a left pressing palm block from left to low right (as if blocking and redirecting a low kick).  Place hands In guard position and deliver a right crescent kick to the face toward 10:30, followed immediately by a spinning left reverse crescent kick to the head toward 12 o’clock, and immediately followed by a right roundhouse kick to the head toward 12 o’clock.  After the roundhouse kick, do not put your right (kicking) foot down, but use the momentum to pivot your body on your left foot 180 degrees to put it down toward 6 o’clock with your hands set up at your right hip.  As your left foot comes down and your hands set up, continue pivoting your upper body from left to right so that you are now in a left half-moon stance facing 12 o’clock and deliver a right driving shuto strike to the face toward 12 o’clock with your left hand in check under your right triceps.  Deliver double ridge hand blocks (as the 2nd blocks are in 10 point blocking) in front of you.  Chamber your right left into a flamingo stance as you cross your arms (left over right) in front of you with the palms up and drop them to your right knee as if pinning a punch or kick between the arms and your right knee.  Step your right foot down into a right half-moon stance and deliver a right tiger claw strike to the face toward 12 o’clock with the left hand in a tiger claw over your right biceps/shoulder.

Step your right foot over your left as you begin pivoting from right to left 360 degrees and end the pivot/spin in the starting salutation with your right foot behind your left and your right foot in your left palm in front of your chest.  (Note:  Spin quickly during this sequence with your right foot stepping over your right and then your left behind your right until you are facing 12 o’clock again and then stop you’re your right foot behind your left with the knees bent.  Keeping your steps close together will increase the speed as well as the control of the pivot/spin.) Close by stepping your right foot back to your left drop your hands to your sides and bow to close.
