1) Knife hand block (right) to three finger grab, step back with right. Front kick (right) to ribs (or knee) , reverse crescent (right) to ribs, Roundhouse (right) to heart, Stomping sidekick (right) to knee, down into twist stance, jumping spinning crescent to head.
2) Knife hand block (right) to three finger grab, step back with left into cat. Front kick (right) to ribs. Release grab, side kick (right) to knee, Roundhouse (right) to head/chest.
3) Dragon trap (like Iron fortress) to right side. step back with right into cat. Left foot steps into a side horse stance to forearm break. Left wraps arm,.spin clockwise into horse elbow to spine. Spin clockwise into horse, dragon’s teeth to muscle/nerve bundle at base of neck. Pull down and slightly back to take down. Circle arms up and drop into low horse stance dropping all your weight into two driving knifehands to the body. Rake up to face and down to groin, twist to right, palm heel to chin.
4) Step left, knife hand block (right) to three finger grab, roundhouse (right) to groin, then solar, then head.
5) Step left, knife hand block (right) to three finger grab, roundhouse (right) to ribs. Release grab, side blade kick (right) to back of knee, step down into twist stance, spinning hook kick (left) to head, step down into a left front stance, reverse axe kick (right) to sternum.
6) Step to twist stance, (right forward) palm block across (left) ridgehand (right) to cheek. Step forward and spin clockwisewith driving palm (left) to base of spine, spin clockwise 270 degrees with knifehand (right) to neck or philtrum, spin clockwisewith ridgehand (left) to throat.
7) Dragon Drill: Step across into twist stance with foot opposite of opponent’s striking hand and double palm block down. Crossing dragon rake to eyes, spinning kick.
8) Step out to 45 forward (L) Knifehand block (R) to three finger grab. Roundhouse kick to stomach (R), step down, hook kick (l) to groin. Reverse crescent/axe/hook kick (R) to head.
9) Step out left to horse to avoid punch.Thrust punch (R+L) to groin, then stomach , then solar. Hair grab (L) to back of head and pull back while poison thumb to eye (R). Elbow (R) to clavicle, knifehand (r) to drive to ground. Right foot kick to jaw, axe kick to neck, twist, heel kick to face.
10) Step left, knife hand block (right) to three finger grab, side blade kick (right) to back of knee, side thrust (r) to ribs, roundhouse to head.
11) Fade left into twist stance, parry block left, drawing block right. Spin left, kifehand (L) to neck, stomp sidekick to knee (l) spinning hook kick (R) to head.
12) Iron fortress (L) step in (r) backfist (R) palm (L) to face. Strp (R) foot accross opponent, palm(R) to chest with whipping motion, back kick (L)
