1) Jump step onto left leg into a side stance with right leg in a crane, while doing a double block-right open downward palm and left open hand rising palm, step to right into a right forward stance, while trapping arm-right hand underneath and use left forearm strike to break arm, shift body to a left fighting stance, while doing a right round house elbow to ribs, shift body into a right fighting stance, while doing a left palm heel to face-extend right arm back and do a chicken wrist strike.
2) Jump step onto right leg into a side stance with left leg in a crane, while doing a double block- left open downward palm and right open hand rising palm, left hinge kick to right knee- stepping down in a left fighting stance, while controlling opponents punch with left hand, right cranes beak strike to face, wrap right hand behind head, pull into a right knee strike to stomach, stepping into a right forward stance, cowboy throw-left arm upward with opponents arm while pushing down on head with right.
3) Master Dwire’s swing left leg forward inside opponents right leg while doing a rising cranes wing block with your left hand, with your left hand do a knife strike to back of head and with your right hand do an upward ridge hand strike to throat, with your right hand do a downward elbow to back of head, grab opponents shoulders with both hands and pull into a right knee to stomach, then with your right foot step forward onto opponents left knee driving it to the ground.
4) Slide backwards into a left cat stance while doing a downward knife hand block, lunge forward while doing a left rising ridge hand to kidneys and a right downward knife strike to collar bone, while holding the opponent with both hands step through with your right foot behind them and hip throw them they should land at your feet sternum exposed do a right knife hand strike to sternum.
5) Step to right into a left twist stance while doing an open #2 block, twist out facing away and do a cranes beak strike to the groin, turn back to the left and do a left ridge hand to head, keeping left hand on head do a right ridge hand strike to throat, roll right hand up and with both hands grab opponents shoulders and do a right knee to chest and a left knee to face, do not touch down between knee strikes.
6) Jump onto right foot, double chicken wrists circular, left instep kick, stepping forward left, and finger tip strikes to the eyes.
7) Left foot crosses over right, left upward chicken wrist block, right chicken wrist to chin. Turn counterclockwise, left knife hand to back of neck while right knife hand at throat, switch, double knee strike to face.
8) Jump onto left leg at a 45 degree angle, right leg in flamingo. Left downward block, right knee break simultaneous right back fist.
