SIDE #1
         Right foot half moon forward.
         Pivot to 9 o’clock with right and left vertical forearm blocks.
         Pivot to 12 o’clock delivering a right Backfist to face followed by a left Palm Heel to face

SIDE #2
         Half moon forward with Right foot and pivot to 9 o’clock with double vertical forearm blocks.
         Pivot back to 12 o’clock and deliver simultaneous shuto strikes to the neck.
         Grab around neck and deliver Left Rising Knee strike to opponent’s groin. Push away and guard.

SIDE #3
         Left foot half moons forward with #2 block to opponents arm (inside the attacking motion), simultaneous Right Palm Heel to chin.
         The #2 block becomes an arm wrap around opponents upper arm then Right leg reaps opponents right leg while Palm Heel drives opponent
to the ground.
         Finish with a Right Thrust punch to face.

SIDE #4
         Right foot half moons forward into half moon stance, pivot counterclockwise to face 9 o’clock.
         Double driving shutos to opponents arm (Left to wrist, Right to bicep).
         Left hand grabs opponent’s wrist, rotating arm so elbow joint faces down.
         Right backfist to Face (turning head, and continuing in circular motion).
         Right rising forearm strike, breaking elbow. Kiai

Option: B
         Side elbow to ribs (while stepping into opponent).
         Grab opponent’s Right shoulder with Right hand from under the arm, while still holding with Left hand.
         Right leg hock while pulling down with right hand.
         Right circular backfist to nose.

Option: C
        Side elbow to ribs (while stepping into opponent).
        Grab opponent’s Right shoulder with Right hand from under the arm, while still holding with Left hand.
        Left foot steps back into horse stance, facing away from opponent.
        Drop to right knee, flipping opponent over back (Keep back straight to avoid injury).

SIDE #5
        Right foot half moons forward into half moon stance, pivot counterclockwise to face 9 o’clock.
        Double driving shuto’s to opponents arm (Left to wrist, Right to bicep).
        Left hand grabs opponent’s wrist, rotating arm so elbow joint faces down.
        Right cross-hand shuto to neck, then grab shoulder.
        Right rising knee to elbow joint, while pulling arm down.
       Right side blade kick to opponent’s right knee. Kiai.

Option:
         Step down forward into half moon stance in front of opponent.
         Right backfist to head followed by a Left palm heel to head.

SIDE #6 (REDIRECTION)
         Right foot half moons forward into half moon stance, pivot counterclockwise to face 9 o’clock.
         Execute scissors block (per DM 5), but arms connect at forearms instead of wrists.
         Redirect attacking arm up and over head using upward clockwise motion and pivot to half moon stance facing 12 o’clock..
         Press attacking arm down with Right forearm.
         Pin attacking arm into groin with Left hand.
         Right downward shuto to back of opponents neck. Kiai.

Option:
·         Right foot sweeps opponent’s Right leg (driving them face down into ground).

SIDE # 7 (Tornado)
         Right foot steps forward (between opponents’ feet if possible) landing in a Side Horse Stance while executing simultaneous vertical Forearm
blocks (above and below opponents elbow joint).
         Hook opponents arm with hands and Left foot Chinese cat walks counter clockwise throwing opponent to the ground.

Hint: Try to keep attacking arm in motion instead of blocking with force.

SIDE # 8
         Duck under attacking arm moving Left foot towards 10:30.
         Deliver Right Thrust Punch to Solar Plexus as you rise up.
         Immediately deliver a Right Rising Knee to opponents’ right inner thigh followed by a Right Side Thrust kick to opponents left knee.
         Cross and cover.

Side Club – Motorcycle
Step in and rotate into left half-moon stance faceing 9 o’clock
Double Knife hand blocks 1 to wrist, 1 to bicep
Grab arm and rotate so elbow is facing down
Right Rising knee to break the elbow
Right Side Blade kick to the knee
Step out and Kia
