Side Club Defense Techniques

 

1) Step to left forward stance, left knifehand block and grab opponent’s arm. Right palm heel to nose, right knee to opponent’s elbow, take club. 

 

2) Step to left forward stance, left knifehand block and grab, right rising fist to elbow, left tigerclaw to face. 

 

3) Left foot steps in to forward stance, left knifehand block and wrap opponent’s arm. Simultaneously, right thrust punch to solar plexus. Right leg sweeps as right hand tiger’s mouth strikes the throat. Right spear hand to the throat. 

 

4) Step to left forward stance, left knifehand block and grab as right roundhouse elbow strikes jaw. Right cross knifehand to neck , grab head, pull into right knee to groin. Right sidekick to knee. 

 

5) Step to right forward stance, left knifehand block and grab, pivot to the rear with left and right ridgehands to neck, throw. 

 

6) Step to right forward stance, simultaneous left knifehand block and right thrust punch to the solar plexus. Step up with the left foot, right knee to groin. Step to rear with right foot and crane toss. 

 

7) Left knife hand block and grab. Pivot on left foot and step with right foot to horse stance, back to front with opponent. Right roundhouse elbow to jaw, left knifehand to groin. Reach with right hand around head and neck, hip toss, knife hand to throat.
