A Treasure Trove: The Bob Fritz Collection

I wasn’t sure how to put this one up. I’ve had it for a while, but given how enormous the contribution was, I wasn’t sure how to handle it. Robert Fritz is an instructor at Dragon-Phoenix Martial Arts in Chelmsford. While we all endeavor to keep note books (right? I know you do…), sometimes we aren’t as comprehensive as we could be. That’s why it’s great when someone has the discipline to write down every kempo technique (and some animals) they learn. Mr. Fritz sent me a copy, and with his permission, I’m sharing it with you. It’s huge, so he gets his own section of the ‘kempos’ part of the archive. There are naturally some repeats with already published items, but I want to preserve the integrity of the collection as much as possible. First up is the collection he organized by letter. More to follow (on a regular basis). Thanks Bob!

I did, I did, I have, I have !!!! I have a Notebook with all, or most, of my Kempo stuff typed up (in and off my computer). Strikes, kicks, Blocking systems, combinations, Kempo strike techniques, OH club, side club, knife, Forms, etc.. But it certainly is by no means complete nor in publishable form.
