That has a name? I didn't know that. That looks awfully familar. That is the "standard" Bo Form. I learned that when I studied at Rocky DiRico's School in Arlington, Mass. We just called it the Bo Form. He had originally studied under Villari then switched over and studied under Nice Cerio. That is the Bo Form Rocky did all the time, in Tournaments (weapon forms) to win all the time, in his hey day. Nice Matt. Thanks , good job. Very informative and instructive.
