		<description>Yes - it&#039;s a fairly standard Okinawan bo form, made famous in the &#039;Bo: Weapon of Self Defense&#039; book by Fumio Demura. Many Kobudo schools do it as a basic bo kata. There are plenty of variations.</description>

I learned that when I studied at Rocky DiRico&#039;s School in Arlington, Mass.  We just called it the Bo Form.  He had originally studied under Villari then switched over and studied under Nice Cerio.  That is the Bo Form Rocky did all the time, in Tournaments (weapon forms) to win all the time, in his hey day.
