This is not SGM Pesare's original unfortunately. It is the version that most of the Villari offshoots do. The person in the video is me. When I learned it, and for a long time after I did not have the applications for most of the moves, and found them myself after doing some research and training with some of the (pre-East Coast) seniors. This particular 'flavor' of 5 kata is from the MSDC lineage, but it's essentially the same in the other Villari offshoots. Michael – Thanks for commenting.
