I’ve tinkered with the Mitose article, and added a statement from someone who travelled to see Shaka-In.

I’ve posted an article on training open vs. closed motor skills that I wrote for www.capecodmartialarts.com. It’s brief, but offers some ideas on making your material more useful. I’m really advocating that it’s not necessarily what you train, but how.

I had a friend / former student come up to train last week. He had moved away and was in the area visiting. We managed to set aside two full days of training, and it was great. Thanks Russ!
